A NOTE ON OUR RETURN POLICY

Because every piece is handmade and we’re a small independent business, our return policy is a bit stricter than big-box brands — thank you so much for understanding and supporting a Made-in-America company. 💛

START YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE

To request a return within 14-days of your order being delivered, log in to your customer account using the same email you used at checkout — no password needed. You’ll receive a quick verification code to access your order and request a return or exchange.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return, exchange, or store credit.

  • Exchanges: Free within the 14-day window — no restocking or return-shipping fees.
  • Store Credit Returns: Free within the 14-day window — no restocking or return-shipping fees.
  • Return for a Refund: Accepted within the 14-day window. A $5.00 flat-rate return shipping fee and 10% restocking fee apply.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

All exchanges and store-credit returns are manually processed by our team once your return is received and inspected. You’ll receive an email update as soon as it’s completed.

HOW TO START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Our self-serve return process should take less than 5 minutes!

  1. Log in to your customer account using the same email address used on your order — no password needed. You’ll receive a quick verification code to access your account (even if you checked out as a guest).
  2. Go to Your Orders → Request a Return.
  3. Select the item(s) you’d like to return. If you would prefer an exchange or store credit instead of a refund, please include that in the “Notes” box before submitting your request. (Return-shipping fees and restocking fees are waived for exchanges and store credit.)
  4. Submit your request.
  5. Return shipping labels are emailed only after we review and approve your request.

Important: Once your return label is sent, please follow the below instructions carefully to avoid delays or issues:

  • Labels are valid for 7 days from the time they are emailed. After that, they expire.
  • Cover or remove all old shipping labels before mailing your return.
  • Follow packaging and carrier instructions for USPS to prevent delays or returned packages. Do not use UPS packaging or priority USPS mailers.
  • Return all merchandise in the original pouch and box it arrived in.
  • Place everything inside a padded or bubble mailer to protect your jewelry during transit.

LATE RETURNS

After 14 days from your delivery date, items are no longer eligible for return or exchange. Return or exchange requests must be made within the 14-day window — no exceptions.

THE FINE PRINT

  • You must use the same email address used on your order to start a return. 
  • Return labels remain valid for 7 days after being emailed. After that, they are void.
  • Refunds are issued minus the $5.00 return shipping fee and 10% restocking fee.
  • Store credit and exchanges are not charged restocking or return-shipping fees, they are FREE.
  • Promotional gifts must be included with your return.
  • Each order qualifies for one exchange only.
  • Processing may take up to 10 business days once your return is received.
  • Gift orders: Refunds go back to the original payment method.
  • Sale items, international orders, and Canadian orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Any customs or duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • We do not accept returns, replacements, or repairs on jewelry showing wear or aging. See our Jewelry Care Page for tips.
